THE ROLE
As a Data Entry and Customer Service Representative you will be required to enter the product description for the online products catalogue and be expected to act as an interface between the customers and the company. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
* Receiving and responding to inquiries from customers via email, phone and chat.
* Identifying, researching and resolving customer issues using available resources.
* Serving as liaison between the customer and various departments.
* Providing customers with product and service information.
* Data Entry for online product catalogue.
* Mail order management.

KEY ATTRIBUTES
* Able to work in a busy environment.
* Able to work quickly and accurately.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good knowledge of computers and MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
* Multi-task oriented and self-motivated.
