Site Manager (Residential Groundworks)

Salary: £22.8 – £24 per hour

Residential Groundworks Site Manager, Sittingbourne

Residential Groundworks Site Manager required to take ownership of a groundworks subcontract package at our Project in Sittingbourne, Kent.

You will have worked as a Manager or Engineer with other leading groundworks subcontractors and will have a proven track record in delivering various groundworks packages from initial set up through to full completion on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• FIRST AID

Skills/Experience:

• Proven track record as a Groundworks Site Manager or Engineer.
• Able to demonstrate good organisation skills in both site activities and administration duties.
• Good awareness and knowledge in Health and Safety, Quality and Project Delivery standards and techniques
• An excellent communicator
• Proven Site Management experience working for a Groundworks sub contractor
• Be an excellent problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box
