Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year
Electrical Site Based Project/Manager – Freelance
Location -London
£50,000 – £55,000
Electrical Site Based Project Manager needed for a well established M&E Contractor in London.
Project is a large £20m contract. So someone used to dealing with the management of labour for a similar size project would be ideal.
Supervision of all Electrical sub-contractors on site
Ordering of all materials
Managing the H&S on-site and maintaining the H&S paperwork for monthly audits.
The running of site inductions.
Assisting with value engineering where possible.
Reviewing, maintaining performance and quality. Whilst trying to reduce cost.
Procurement sourcing and developing agreements.
