Senior Site Manager

Our client is one of the UK’s largest privately owned house builders with experience spanning over 50 years, and a reputation for creating developments that are of high spec, good design and energy efficient.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of the site made up of 24 units. Duties will include-

– To ensure the project is completed within the build programme
– Manage all aspects of the construction process, this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing top quality customer service.
– Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high quality image

Ideal candidates will be experienced in the above and will have worked for a reputable UK residential developer. You will also have either a construction related qualification or a trade background.
