Logistic Customer Service Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for TWO individuals to join a Growing Logistic company as a Logistic Customer Service Advisor. The ideal candidate must have strong administration and telephone skill with a keen eye for detail.

Salary: £26,000 – £26,400per year(based on experience)

Hours: 7:00am until 4:00pm and 10:00am until 7:00pm (45 hour week) Passionate eager individual.

Location: Huthwaite (Parking on site)

Start: August/September

Responsibilities:

liaising with drivers and planning loads (deliveries & collections).

Part of a small team Managing KPIs (delivery times, collection times etc.)Administration tasks.

Providing effective and efficient administration support to the operation.

identifying the variance and taking appropriate action.

Ensuring that the department operates in line with all company and customer procedures and that it is effectively communicated to staff.

Booking in deliveries with customers.

Undertaking any other responsibilities deemed necessary to the business.

PC literate including Microsoft office.

Must possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.

General awareness of Health and Safety.
