Business Development Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 per year

Our client is a very successful, award winning technology company based within a 15 mile radius of Derby. In line with ongoing success, they are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Business Development Manager to develop existing customers and also introduce new clients to their product range. You will work hard to attain specialist knowledge of our client’s customer base along with our client’s products thereby gaining a greater understanding of how the products and services will benefit customers. You will be keen to demonstrate Return on Investment and ensure that onboarding is as smooth as possible.

Regular duties will entail you carrying out the following:

* Developing personalised and enthusiastic pitches

* Researching customer base

* Keeping your pipeline up to date using the CRM

* Confidently presenting business reviews

* Addressing any negative customer feedback and working hard to resolve

* Proactively identifying sales opportunities and acting thereon

* Generation of leads and meetings

* Diary organisation

* Take an active role in driving the business forward
