A dynamic and forward thinking Regional Contractor have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their flag ship office near Coventry.

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their new build refurbishment division on projects between £100k and £3m in value. The Quantity Surveyor will assist commercial responsibility for a diverse range of projects, and will need to have a solid track record of successfully delivering projects in a competitive environment that primarily covers new build projects.

Quantity Surveyor 

• Construction qualification

JCT and NEC Contracts

• Track record working for a reputable contractor

• Able to deliver projects from start to finish assuming full commercial responsibility

• Experience working on commercial fit out projects is advantageous
