Salary: £54,000 per year
An extremely successful, well established multi-disciplinary consultancy is currently seeking a CDM Consultant to join their highly professional team in the Midlands area.
This is an interesting and exciting new role to work on some compelling construction projects, working beside pre-construction and design teams advising on all aspects of CDM compliance.
As the CDM Consultant, your role will include undertaking the role of Principal Designer where required, act as Advisor to Principal Designer, managing pre-construction information, carrying out health and safety inspections, audits, attending design meetings and advising on CDM2015 regulation.
The Successful Health and Safety / CDM Consultant
The successful Health and Safety / CDM Consultant should ideally hold the following:
Hands on working knowledge of CDM2015 implementation
NEBOSH General Certificate and NEBOSH Construction Certificate
NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management & Fire Risk Assessment (desirable)
Membership of Association of Project Safety (IMaPS desirable)
Membership of IOSH at Tech or higher
