Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and UK regulations Develop and implement H&S policies and safe systems of work Conduct and review risk assessments across sites Carry out safety inspections and address hazards Promote a strong safety culture and deliver inductions Investigate incidents and identify root causes Manage PPE, training, and competency

requirements Oversee emergency procedures, including fire safety

Requirements Essential: NEBOSH General Certificate

Experience in manufacturing/engineering environments Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation

Experience with audits, risk assessments, and investigations Excellent communication

skills Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma ISO 45001 auditing

experience IOSH membership Multi-site
