We are recruiting for our client based in York. Initially this job is about generating new business from new customers by phoning companies who are known to buy specific products – our client provides full training on how to approach customers

We are seeking a candidate who is fluent in Polish.

All enquiries received from these new customers will be handled exclusively by the Account Manager. You will be responsible for sourcing stock and quoting the customer. When orders are received from customers, you will purchase the stock. You will also chase suppliers to ensure that delivery dates are met.

Once new customers have placed orders you will have sole responsibility for managing these accounts and will earn commission from all sales made to these customers.

Role –
Telephoning new customers in order to increase business.
Processing Sales Enquiries from new customers
Sourcing stock and obtaining prices, quoting customers.
Confirming Orders with suppliers and to customers.
Monitoring and chasing stock ordered but not yet received.
Negotiating prices
Providing a high level of Customer Service to existing customers.
Processing Sales Enquiries
Forming excellent working relationships with buyers
Visiting Top Customers once a year with the Business Development Manager
Visiting other customers as required

Skills Required –
Polish language
Can do attitude
Account Management/Customer service experience is preferable
Candidates will be asked to demonstrate evidence of ability to negotiate and close deals
Must be used to working to targets
Good organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge, including email and internet
