Account Manager / Sales Support

Our client is a well backed and acquisitive Group of Software companies that is growing fast within a number of specialist market sectors. As an Account Manager / Sales Support you will be a key link between the field sales team, internal stakeholders and the end customer. You will be accountable for support existing customers, and supporting field sales with the onboarding of new. You will be a driven, capable, ambitious individual with a high work ethic and strong verbal and written communication skills; delivery focussed with the ability to work well with others. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong customer service / sales support background looking for their next step up.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Principle interface and go to support for field based team
• Proactively develop relationships and act on existing business opportunities
• Manage Internal and External relationships
• Organising sales visits
• Maintaining Salesforce CRM
• Responding to quote requests and customer queries

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience of working in a similar customer service / sales environment
• Ability to challenge the status quo
• Previous experience of the IT industry would be considered as highly desirable
• Ability to assimilate and understand technical information
• Extremely well organized
• Tenacious and results driven
• Superb written and communication skills
• Well presented
• Strong IT skills – including word and excel
• A degree or IT qualifications would be considered as highly desirable
• Ideally you should reside within a 30 minute travelling time from Kettering
