My client is one of biggest UK House Builders and Construction companies. My client offers, design, construction and land acquisition services.

My client is based in the UK and recently awarded 5 star rating for customer satisfaction as well as holding a number of accredidiations for their New Home schemes across the UK. They have increased staffing numbers from 250 to 350 with a view to growing to 425 by the end of 2015.

The role:

My client requires a confident Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work in a 15 strong Commercial team for an exciting new landmark scheme in London. You will be offered a fantastic structured mentoring scheme to ensure you are managed through to intermeidate level.

My client requires a Assistant Quantity Surveyor to bbe predominantly site based, you will be reporting into the seniorsurveyor.

The individual:

Assistant/Graduate Quantity Surveyors will be degree qualified
It is essential you have a strong desire to work in the House Building sector
You will have experience of assisting on commercial or resi new build projects
Ideally you will have worked on residential or commercial projects
Good I.T skills
Remuneration and Package:

My client is looking to take on an Assistant Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis as they are looking to bolster their existing commercial team.

My client will consider good graduates who have completed a placement year

Salary £30,000 – £42,000 + Travel allowance + Benefits
