Salary: £54,000 – £60,000 per year
We have an fantastic opportunity to work for a large residential developer based in Kent on a range of developments, the majority of which will be traditional build housing schemes as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
This role would be ideal for someone working as an Intermediate Surveyor currently and ready to take the step to Senior.
Duties
- Completion of Subcontract orders and variations
- Collating and issuing tender packs for sub-contractor work packages.
- Negotiation and analysis of Sub contractor work packages.
- Subcontract payments, variations, and final accounts.
- Dealing with Customer extra payments and orders.
- Completing Monthly CSFs and cost reporting.
- Attending site project meetings
- Producing tender analysis for subcontract work packages.
- Cost reporting and budget control
- The successful candidate will report to all senior members of the commercial department
