Salary: £26,000 per year
Our client is a distribution centre in the Ashby area. They are part of a large organisation and a major employer in the area. They are presently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a team of 5 to carry out the following duties:
- Managing a portfolio of existing customers to include wholesalers, discounters, etc
- Working closely with other departments to ensure that orders are dispatched in a timely manner
- Checking stock availability and liaise closely with Supply Planning
- Communicating with clients advising of any potential delivery / stock issues
- Attendance at regular meetings to review account performance
Candidates should have great communication skills and have a basic understanding of Excel. You should also be comfortable working to deadline and be an effective team player.
