Registered Manager

Salary: £26,000 per year

A great opportunity to work within a Residential Home in Luton as a Deputy Manager they are experts within learning disabilities, they are a regional company who supply they are support all over the country. They have an amazing team of support workers and assistant managers which makes it a great place to work.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be:

* Maintain excellent standards of support to the residents with better outcomes being the focus.

* Working 37.5 hours per week.

* Ensure all care plans are person centred and updated accordingly.

* Routine observation and record keeping.

* Maintaining budgets.

* Making sure the service remains compliant with regulatory standards (CQC).

* Liaising with the community, other professionals, friends and family of the residents.

Skills & Experience Needed:

* Recent experience working as a Deputy Manager in a home with learning disabilities and already worked with CQC.

* Level 3 Diploma in health and social care (or equivalent qualification).

* Full UK Driving Licence.

* Be living within travelling distance to Luton.
