Registered Manager

Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per year

Just ONE are seeking a Registered Manager to join our Office team in Mold, to deliver an exceptional service to vulnerable adults. The role will involve managing a team of 3 care coordinators to provide care a support to a wide range of vulnerable adults.

The role will be Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm, 37.5 hours

This role requires driving so a full UK license will be needed along with business insurance.

Main responsibilities include:

· Management of the day to day operations of the business to develop the service

· Directly manage a team of 3 care coordinators

· Delivery of care and support in line with contract and frameworks set

· Management of financial performance of the business

· Business Development of the department

· Internal Supervisions and appraisals

· Assist R.I. in the planning and implementation of all services in the department

· Responsible for safeguarding the welfare of the individuals that you support

· Contribute to the ongoing development of the organisation, standards, policies and procedures, keeping in mind current legislation

· Effectively manage healthcare department

· Attend meetings with local authorities, social workers and professional bodies

Essential criteria:

· Proven track record of managing a team within the Health & Social care sector

· Minimum of Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or relevant Level 4 qualification)

· Excellent knowledge of CIW requirements, safeguarding and legislation

· Full UK driving license

· Business insurance

· Committed to and passionate about supporting and developing others

· Has a person-centred approach, seeing people as people, irrespective of disability

Desirable Criteria:

· Level 5 qualification in Management & Leadership

· Ability to organise and prioritise actions to achieve goals set
