Salary: £30,000plus benefits
Hours: 09.00am – 5.30pm
Advanced MS Excel is essential.
The role involves research and analysis into issues affecting business profitability, focusing primarily on reward (salaries, incentives, benefits) and performance (profits, returns, market value) and wider workforce issues (role descriptions, competencies, job evaluation and HR systems/processes).
Skills required:
Advanced MS Excel skills essential
Graduate desired
Self motivated
Ability to work well as part of a team, with strong communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
