Full job description

My client is seeking a Reward Manager for an initial 12 month contract to lead on all aspects of the reward and compensation agenda. You will be instrumental in a producing a reward strategy and review all company benefits to ensure they are fit for purpose, competitive on the market place and will support engagement and retention, aligning to the reward strategy.

The role reports to the CPO and will be responsible for:

  • Managing the annual compensation review process including management of all analytics and reporting on compensation to facilitate the modelling of the annual salary and bonus payments
  • Conduct external bench marking on compensation and benefits to ensure the company remains competitive and can retain talent
  • Act as the lead contributor in providing strategic vision around performance and reward
  • Ensure the benefits package is fit for purpose and make recommendations and changes where necessary
  • Manage all third party relationships with the pensions and benefits providers, ensuring the organisation adapts and changes where necessary and remains competitive
  • Work with the wider HR team and key stakeholders to ensure they develop a broad understanding of reward.

Skills and experience:

  • Experience of designing and implementing a reward strategy including job evaluation, salary banding and benefits management
  • Educated to degree level
  • High level analytical skills with the ability to present complex data and provide narrative to senior management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication to present to board level
