We are advertising on behalf of a picturesque 4* Hotel, based in the North Cotswolds, with a strong reputation for standards & service.

We require a hardworking team player to join our existing successful team.

Skills/Experience required:

* Previous experience within a high end Hotel is required

* Outstanding Customer service skills

* Excellent telephone manner

* Strong team player

*The ability to consistently put the customer’s needs first

This is a permanent, fulltime role, working 5 out of 7 days on a rotating shift basis.. Please note that due to location, transport is required for this role.
