Receptionist

We are currently looking for an experienced Dealership Receptionist / Showroom Host to join our client’s prestige motor trade car dealership in Warrington.

The role:

Working within the main showroom your main duties will include:

Meeting and greeting Customers coming in to the Showroom
Directing calls through to relevant departments & screening calls
Offering refreshments to customers and clients
Organising delivery dates for vehicles
Taking calls coming into the dealership
Booking & preparing meeting rooms
Assisting with general administration dutiesSkills & Experience:

Due to the highly professional and demanding environment someone with substantial experience in switchboard and reception roles is essential. This is a customer facing role in a prestige main car dealership, therefore candidates should be very well presented with excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate will have:

Reception / switchboard / telephone experience
Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Motor trade experience is a distinct advantage
Excellent organisational skills
A passion for providing a proffesional, customer seeviceHours of Work:

8am-5pm Monday to Friday
