Technical Support Engineer – Southampton.
Primary responsibilities include resolving support issues by telephone and email, and monitoring the support ticket queues. The team respond to support incidents from both end user customers, and resellers who install and support our products themselves.

Job Duties;
– Answering customer support requests by email and phone
– Reporting bugs to support manager and/or developers
– Testing and replicating customer setups
– Secondary assignments can be given
The Ideal Candidate;
Essential
– Support exposure
– Good written skills
– Excellent verbal communication skills
– Good knowledge of Internet technologies and how they work at a protocol level.
Desirable
– CCNA level certification
– Exposure of Linux.
– Exposure to VPN.
– TCP/IP protocols
