Our client is a leading provider of domiciliary care. They are now seeking an Invoice Administrator to join their team.

This is the ideal opportunity for a finance administrator looking to further their career with a national company who operate at the forefront of their industry and are committed to the training and development of their staff.

As an Invoice Administrator, you will be responsible for undertaking a wide variety of administration activities to ensure the smooth running of our client’s finance function.

Producing and distributing accurate invoices in a timely manner, you’ll respond to incoming letters, emails, telephone calls and invoice queries in an effective and efficient manner. You’ll also input invoices and credits onto the company accounts system and work on the sales ledger.

Additionally, you’ll complete activity reports on Excel and answer incoming calls from other branches and external customers.

Your other duties will include:

– Ensuring that all invoicing is up-to-date
– Making sure that all daily deadlines are adhered to
– Liaising with branches for invoicing information

To be considered, you must have:

– Previous finance administration experience
– Advanced Excel skills

As an Invoice Administrator, you must have strong communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritise your workload effectively. Flexible and methodical in your approach, you must also be a team player with the ability to work using your own initiative.
