Health Care Assistant/Phlebotomist | London W1G | Full Time, Monday to Friday | From £22,000pa to £25,000

The Clinic also specialises in Surgical and Non-surgical Sexual Aesthetics for men and women, and they are the home of the O-Concept™ protocol, which is exclusively available only from their Harley Street clinic and has seen over 25,000 patients treated.

As a Health Care Assistant/Phlebotomist you will report to the Practice Manager to deliver an efficient service to the clinic’s patients and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

You will gain the highest training and expertise whilst on the job and be key to the continued success of the clinic as we expand and develop.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Minimum of 2 years of Phlebotomy experience
• High-level of English and numeracy skills
• Competent and confident IT skills – Word, Excel and email
• Demonstrate the ability to plan & organise effectively
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent team player
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work later hours on occasion according to the needs of the patient

What will your role as a Health Care Assistant/Phlebotomist look like?

• Taking blood daily
• Ensure the highest standards of clinic cleanliness and readiness are maintained
• Take responsibility for stock requisitions
• Provide post-treatment care for patients
• Maintain policies, procedures, objectives, or infection control standards
• Ensure that our patient journey is stars service and second to none
• Maintain absolute confidentiality in respect of patient records and medical notes
• General clinical support to our Doctors
• Taking personal responsibility for team building and maintaining staff motivation
