IT Support Engineer (Fury)

I am looking for a multi-talented IT support engineer that is extremely organised and able to think outside the box you must be able to remotely fault find via the telephone, the network and email. To be considered you must have a good understanding of home networks though either the installation or support of these systems. If you have experience with the hands on installation of audio visual systems into the residential market this would be great. The type of kit you will have been previously installing would be plasma, projector, home cinema, multi-room audio, control systems Crestron or Lutron along with all related switching or IT Networks, Apple, Cisco Microsoft, Firewalls, routers, Switches. You will also be an integral part of team that maintains and supports the companies internal IT systems / Infrastructure. The ability to work with colleagues or by your self to find and fix and problems that arise for a discerning client base. If you have these skills please send me your full CV ASAP.
