Quantity Surveyor – Top 10 Contractor
Quantity Surveyor – a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial project team delivering projects across the East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £10m to £60m.

Key Duties:
– Commercially delivery of ‘flagship projects’
– Identify project opportunities and risks
– Client valuation & variation accounts
– Procure & manage sub-contractors

Salary & Package:
– Great basic Salary: £26,000
– Company car or allowance (£6,500)
