General Manager (Monitoring, Patrol+ Response, Key Holding, Alarm Installation) Location: Redditch
The Vacancy:
Our client: a fast growing security solutions provider are seeking a General Manager to lead and manage a fast growing division of which services include: Monitoring, Patrol+ Response, Key Holding, Alarm Installation
You will tasked with establishing a new structure and deliver market opportunities that will come from levering existing client relationships + developing new business opportunities within the uK business.
You will also need to have operational control and delivery within the business unit budget.

What are they asking for?
a strong security background especially a knowledge or Alarm Receiving Centres
knowledge of Patrol + Response, Key holding, + Alarm/CCTV installation will be advantageous.
The ability to lead the team: excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate + inspire
A ‘self starter”- with the ability to realise the Biards strategy and build a successful new business.
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact with differing personalities and management styles.
Experience of managing complex time critical contract/project + managing business as usual
Ability to travel nationally, KPI driven, Driving License
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Group MD you will deliver market leading capability and have a full understanding of integrated manpower + technology solutions.
Assist in the establishment of a credible operational structure between multiple hubs
Recruit, develop and liaise with key staff to create the right structure
Create dynamic + aggressive business strategy for operational and technology product + services
Create + deliver a customer service programme for existing clients
Fully responsible for Profit & Loss Budget
To provide Leadership to the Team ensuring communication is reaching all levels
To ensure staff are compliant with industry training requirements
To ensure the service delivery is compliant with legislative requirements
flexible to manage a 24/7 operation understanding the need to support and be contactable outside of normal working hours as required
