Senior Regional Manager (Manned Guarding)

Location: This role will see you manage a large portfolio of sites across the south of the UK.

Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 + Car/Car Allowance

Are you a quality focused people manager with the ability to manage a significant security contract across the south of the UK?

This role will see you manage a large team (circa 400) of dedicated security professionals across a key customer contract.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must have prior experience of managing a portfolio of contracts within the UK manned Security sector
• A proven track record managing complex and challenging client contracts.
• Experience managing change when delivering a dynamic and customer focused security service.
• Applicants should have strong people management skills specifically relating to performance management
• Budget management experience
• A full driving license
• SIA license holder

The role will include:

• You will be responsible for the management and direction of a large security contracts. Portfolio value in excess of £15m.
• Regular client and customer engagement
• You will have budgetary responsibility for your region
• You will lead and develop a team. Managing performance and driving a positive workplace culture
• You will provide a quality focused service to key clients sites across the South
• Manage and exceed key customer SLA’s and KPI’s
• Provide key reports to senior internal stakeholders relating to contract performance etc.
• Work with internal businesses – technology, systems etc.
