General Manager / General Sales Manager – Reputable Car Dealership in Derbyshire

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager / Branch Manager. This opportunity will suit a driven and proven General Sales Manager looking to take the next step or someone is a senior management role looking for a sales based challenge.

– This site is looking for a good all round manager / leader. The site is performing ok at the moment so we are looking for someone to bring the team together to put in a strong performance going forward.
A sales focused manager who can also work along side the Aftersales department. Strong earning potential and excellent opportunity to prove yourself within a reputable dealer group.

Role:
You will be responsible for the Sales, Service, Parts and Administration departments. This position is with a well-established dealership so the right individual must have a solid career history, a proven knowledge of how to run a successful main dealership while able to work closely with directors & the manufacturer.
We are looking for someone who can develop a team using strong management skills while leading from the front, good motivational methods together with good “housekeeping” skills are also critical.

You will be reporting directly to the director to ensure the smooth running and delivery of key criteria to the customers. Support from directors and the brand will be readily available.

Experience needed:
The right applicant must have at a solid background in Sales Management or General Management (Sales background)
We are looking for the right person so its essential we have someone who can lead a team and promote the product.

Salary: 40k OTE 60k-65k plus company car & numerous company benefits – Realistic OTE – May be negotiable for the right individual
