Temporary 12 Months Contract, 37 hours per week (Maternity cover)
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise and Marketing Manager with diverse experience to join our team in Sheffield to cover maternity leave.
In this pivotal dual role you will lead on both identifying, developing and nurturing new services and ventures and managing the marketing programme and key projects.
Proactive in your approach, you will lead a small team to research and develop new opportunities and carry out pilot projects to test new service ideas, ensuring that the team works closely with colleagues in all parts of the business to link development to new funding opportunities and ensure a smooth transition between business development and implementation.
You will also lead on corporate communications in the business, managing a small team of specialists in delivering the launch of the new brand for their care, health and wellbeing services in 2014.
The ideal candidate will have experience of evaluating, developing and nurturing new services and a good grasp of effective marketing strategy, tools and techniques. The person will also be an effective line manager and able to build and maintain collaborative relationships with colleagues and external partners.
It is essential that you have a good knowledge of the competitive environment surrounding the housing and/or business sectors. The ability to identify and negotiate opportunities at a senior level and experience of contract negotiation/ management is crucial.
Due to the nature of the role you must have a full driving licence and access to a car during work hours.
