Quantity Surveyor – Vacancy Specifics
The niche developer requires a quantity surveyor to join the commercial team and offer support to the senior quantity surveyor on multiple projects and once up to speed look after your own individual projects. They want someone who is looking to further their career and hungry for to move up within the growing company.

The Projects are anywhere from 2 to 20 units of high quality new build houses. The selling values of the houses vary from £500k to £3m. There are two initial projects you’ll be working on of which one is a development of 7 houses near Gerrards Cross with selling values of £2m per unit. The other is a development of 6 houses around £700k per unit based in Maidenhead.
The role requires you to have experience as a quantity surveyor working for developers and a proven track record of involvement with good quality new build residential projects. You must have a quantity surveying qualification and will have demonstrated stable employment with relevant companies.
