Project Manager (Property Services) – Se London – £25ph Ltd

We are currently looking for a Property Services Project Manager for a role based in South East London.

The Design & Projects Team is a multi-disciplinary team of Architectural and Engineering Project Managers and Building Surveyors. The Team has a large workload of major schemes in connection with the Borough’s Corporate Property portfolio including schools. We are seeking a project manager with substantial experience of managing significant projects and a detailed knowledge of building design and construction particularly in respect of education projects. The role involves the project management of complex schemes from inception and will require excellent verbal and written communication skills together with the ability to prepare monitor and control budgets and programmes. In addition to project management, the post holder may also be required to undertake the design and contract administration of specific projects from inception to completion on site. The Authority places a high priority on health and safety and the successful candidate will have a good understanding of this in relation to construction processes.
