Inbound Call Centre – Start Mon 29/08 / 16

Interaction recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of Customer care advisors to work for a well known and established call centre in Cardiff.

The job will involve dealing with calls from one of the largest catalogue and online retailers in the UK, having conversations with customers, processing returns and dealing with complaints.

the wage for this role is £26,000 per year – paid on a weekly basis for the first 3 months. First payday will be 04/09/16

Must be fully flexible to work hours between 8am and 9pm.

The start date will be Monday the 29th August. so a very fast start and you will undertake 3 weeks of training.

This is a temp to perm contract and can offer various progression routes if you are motivated to work hard.
