Wanted…An experienced Project Manager for an established, residential National contractor with offices throughout the UK.
The Company…My client is an established Contractor who specialize in Residential projects throughout the UK covering and are looking to recruit staff for their large Swindon site.
The project is 405 units and project value is worth over £80 million.
The Job…
They are looking to recruit an experienced, Project Manager to work on a project in Swindon.
You will be experienced in working within a fast track environment and be prepared to work to suit the demands of the business.
You will have experience of new build residential projects in excess of £50m, be self-motivated and have the ability to ensure these projects are completed to budget.
The Person…
• From a Project Management background
• Strong knowledge of new build projects for a residential or main contractor.
• Commercially aware
• Recognised, relevant qualification
