UX Designer

Salary: £42,000 – £54,000 per year

UX Designer – Flexible Working. Synchro is proud to be working alongside a unique and hugely successful organisation who are now looking to expand their technical capability with new talent to work on a variety of exciting projects they have within the pipeline.

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with strong experience across Digital Design. As an experienced designer, you will hit the ground running and play a vital part in this highly talented team, taking ownership of several projects. You will work closely with other designers, as well as UX Researchers, Software Developers, Product Managers and many others.

You will have a range of technical skills and experience of industry standard tools. You will have prior experience in: Sketch, Figma, Invision Studio, Framer and Adobe.

This role is to be based out of the organisation’s office in Lichfield, however this role does offer remote working.

What we are looking for:

An experienced UX Designer
A solid understanding and prior commercial experience of Figma, Framer, Invision, Sketch, Invision, Adobe.
A keen interest in Digital as well as a solid understanding of digital.
Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal.

Role: UX Designer
Location: Lichfield – Remote working on offer (2/3 days remote per week).
Salary: £42,000 – £54,000- dependant on your level of skills and experience. Plus, excellent benefits
