UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI digital designer with experience in conceptualizing and designing for mobile, tablet, email and web. The role will require the candidate to work closely with a small, cross-functional team to design web, email and mobile interfaces and functionalities to optimize Marketing and Sales performances. An excellent understanding of user journey and interaction is a must!
The ideal candidate is UX/UI orientated, a self-starter, performance driven, reliable, able to perform well under pressure, highly organised and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will have a portfolio of at least 4 digital projects (one being an email) they’ve designed and built and have a natural affinity for designing slick and engaging user interfaces for mobile, web and tablet devices.

*Key responsibilities:
1. Create UI designs based on requirements and technical limitations
2. Producing graphical UI elements including, but not limited to: concepts, wireframes, customer journeys and guidelines
3. UX design and build of HTML5/CSS/Jscript applications
4. Wire framing, design and build responsive sites, emails and banners
5. Creation, maintenance and improvement of current sites and marketing collaterals (gif/flash banner
ads, rich media ads, emails, logos etc.)

.Bachelor Degree in a Graphic/Web Design related discipline
.3+ years commercial experience as a UI and UX designer
.Able to take a design from wireframe stage through to Photoshop/Illustrator mockups and then to final, working designs
.Web designing for responsive, dynamic and static sites
.Design html emails for desktop and mobile
.Work on HTML5, CSS3 & responsive web designs, jquery, xml
.Proficiency in a variety of tools – Illustrator, Photoshop, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Flash

.Engineer and perform usability sessions with key stakeholders and customers to get feedback
.Ability to work to timescales, juggle and multi-task projects
.Good understanding of what affects email deliverability
Sound understanding of SEO and Web optimization
.Working knowledge of scrum and agile processes
