Technical Support Engineer
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work with an ambitious MSP who work with creative agencies, high-growth startups and enterprises, make their internal tech better.
The role is based in London, using mostly macOS/iOS, on-premise infrastructure, and make heavy use of SaaS tools, stitched together with API integrations and custom cloud apps.
The Role:
You’ll work with client’s looking at strategies on projects and proactive support, provide onsite response and you’ll get involved in infrastructure projects and work directly with our high-growth startup and enterprise clients.
Experience and skills:
- macOS/iOS devices
- (less commonly) Windows/Chromebook/Android devices
- UniFi/Meraki networks
- Synology servers
- Zoom Rooms
- MDM experience – JAMF/Mosyle/SimpleMDM/Intune device management
- Google Workspace/Microsoft 365
- Okta/Jumpcloud/Cloudflare Teams
- SAML/SSO/Zero Trust security
