Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year
Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Technical/Product Support Advisor to work for our client in Sunderland.
Responsibilities:
– Delivering support for all inbounds customer queries via phone, email or chat regarding technical issues with the companies` specialist mechanical products.
– As the Technical Advisor, you will provide technical information and support about the company’s products and applications to both internal and external customers, as part of a team.
Experience:
This role would ideally suit someone with experience in the plumbing / heating industry or an understanding of mechanical equipment.

– Self -motivated,
– Conscientious and enjoy working within a friendly team
The position is permanent, offering a competitive Basic Salary: £26,000 – £26,400depending on experience, 25 days leave plus bank holidays, Contributory Pension scheme.
