Our client is a well established M&E Contractor working throughout East Anglia predominantly within the commercial sector covering schools, universities, offices and hospitals. They are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The company is in a period of expansion and is keen to appoint a driven individual who can grow with the business and subsequently shape and influence its future.

ROLE:

* Day to day project cost management and controls

* Review and approve supplier and sub-contractor packages

* Sub-contract procurement

* Assist in the preparation of tender submissions

* Undertake Cost Value Reconciliations

CANDIDATE:

* This role would suit a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years’ experience of working in the industry.

* We are also keen to speak with more experienced candidates for this role and the salary would be commensurate with experience.

* We are looking for a focused and motivated individual who can work with flexibility and as part of a team

* BSc Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management / Construction Management or similar
