X5 Customer Service Administrators ()

Our Client are trusted specialists in what they do across a wide range of customer and industry sectors, who are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their ever expanding team on a 6 month contract.

This opportunity may go permanent after 6 months for the right candidate.

The Role

• Providing a high standard of service both internally and externally
• Controlling outstanding jobs and prioritising work load to ensure client needs are met
• Liaising with clients/operatives/contracts by phone and email
• Collate and record accurate information on all internal systems
• To deal with urgent client queries and complaints
• Maintaining own admin duties and ad-hoc admin duties for managers
• Issuing work to 3rd party subcontractors

The Candidate

• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work calmly and confidently under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great organisation skills with the ability to prioritise

Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm
