Our client are looking for a proactive, operationally aware Customer Service Manager
To lead and develop a Customer Services & Sales Team.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate commercial and operational awareness from previous roles.

Customer Service Manager – The Role

– Inspirational leader where Customer Service is at the forefront
– Managing, leading and developing a multi-lingual team in order to provide excellent levels of customer service and ensure all targets, objectives and deadlines are achieved
– Ability to be hands on to ensure that targets are met.

Customer Service Manager – The Candidate

– Inspiring/managing and supporting your team
– Helping to ensure a great customer experience, whatever the scenario
– Provide continuous training/coaching and monitoring of standards and support your team to achieve the company/their objectives
– Initiate and sustain daily team briefings and team meetings
– Initiate a performance management system to give a base for objective setting, standards, training/coaching, feedback, reviews and continuous improvement.
– Analyse data, performance and customer service issues and develop actions or initiatives which will deliver improvements across customer service.
– Communicate with other departments raising issues that affect customer satisfaction.
– Working with the Operations Director to design and implement solutions to solve issues and also improve existing processes and customer facing experiences and communication.
