We are looking to hire a Junior Business Analyst on a short term contract basis. You will be working within Legal on the Protecting Private Data Project. The reason we are looking for someone is that we have scheduled to perform an assessment of all systems in the organisation which will take the 3 months.

You will be required to:

– Create/maintain project documentation Pre-Filled questionnaires, Project tracker and any other support docs
– Schedule/conduct workshops to complete questionnaire
– Provide questionnaire training to extended team
– Review questionnaire responses, maintain document (version control)
– Track progress and follow up on responses chasing and asking for updates etc

You will need to have:

– Ideally minimum 2 years post degree experience as a Business Analyst
– Strong IT systems knowledge
– If you have knowledge of JIRA this is an advantage
