Business Analyst

Salary: £60,000 per year

** Business Analyst with Six Sigma to at least Green Belt.

** This is a remote role if preferred, but location needs to be within reasonable reach of the M4 Corridor.

** Up to £50K Basic Depending upon Experience + Excellent Benefits

Our highly successful global client is seeking a Business Analyst with Six Sigma to at least Green Belt. The Analyst is responsible for the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards that are strategically aligned to the business goals. Primary duties include reviewing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities, Preparing and delivering reports to support business process change, Collaborate with stakeholders in process reviews and design data driven outcomes to support. The Business Analyst will deliver any ad-hoc requirements as set by the business.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst

• Host Collaborative sessions with business stakeholders to ensure full representation of the end to end process under review
• Create detailed business analysis, Outlining problems, Opportunities and solutions
• Facilitate and administer the collection of Data, Measurement and business analytics for review with business stakeholders and ensure critical to quality and problem root causes are analysed for stakeholders to review
• Attend scheduled meetings with the CTO office and other lines of business and provide support to the sessions in way of supporting data, reporting and knowledge
• Work closely with the lines of business and the Data & Analytics team in defining requirements that need to be built in the system tools
• Working with and supporting key members of the CTO office to develop and execute data extraction and reporting for key business metrics and projects
• Create and manage monthly management reporting for the CTO office
• Create new business reports using Business Objects reporting tool
• Create new business dashboards using Microsoft Power Bi tool
