Salary: £26,000 per year

The role:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator. The person undertaking this role will be mainly involved in Installs Office at head office, as well as being required to liaise with other departments.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Project Support

• Provide Project Resource availability to PM’s when requested
• Receipt, quality check and issue all required Project documentation to engineers prior to commencing on site
• Management of installation calendar to include:
• Allocate and assignment of In-house labour resources
• Scheduling and booking of freelance staff
• Liaise with Logistics to ensure equipment available for installation date
• Schedule all site deliveries as instructed by either Pm or Senior site representative
• Scheduling and booking of the following specialist equipment
• Van hire
• Scaffold Towers and other hire equipment as required
• Admin of hire track specialists.
• Receipt, check and processes of:
• Engineer timesheets
• Freelancer Invoices
• Hired Equipment and van invoices
• Receipt,Check and processes of all completed project documentation to include:
• Final quality check of paperwork to ensure full compliance with the ISO process
• Scanning signed project documents
• Filing scanned project documents within the appropriate project handover sub folder
• Acknowledge accounts of project completion and approval for invoicing.
• Update and closure of ACT
Stock

• Keep pricelist up to date on company folder
• Organize stock count
• Sage stock adjustments
• Sage stock entering from Purchase orders / delivery notes
• Create sales invoices after stock entering

General
• Support your colleagues in day to day office duties
• Work in accordance of ISO processes

Key Skills and Experience Required:

The successful candidate will need to have proven experience in a similar role.

• Ability to self-manage and self-motivate whilst working in a team
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to take own initiative
• Be able show good time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• Hard working and enthusiastic

Terms

• This is a permanent full time post commencing as soon as possible.
• There is a probation period of six months.
• This is a full-time post with occasional evening and weekend working, for which overtime will be paid.
• Basic hours of work are normally 08:30-17:00 with a 45 minute lunch break.
• Salary for this post is dependent on experience and on completion of probation.
• The holiday leave year runs from 1 January to 31 December. Holiday entitlement for full-time employees is 20 days per annum, including three days between Christmas and New Year, plus bank holidays.
