The FieldsThe Fields is a 54 bed Residential/Nursing Unit made up of 7 Units, for adults with Learning Disabilities.Job RoleYour role would be to assist patients who have limited mobility or physical / learning difficulties, making the best use of aids provided. You will read care planning needs for Patients and complete written daily records as instructed by trained staff.Full induction training is given. You will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession and, just like our service users, you will be learning all the time through our on-going mentoring and support. Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. You will support other members of staff in the provision of care, ensuring patients retain as much dignity and individuality as possible as well as being involved in the general activities of the Unit. Successful candidates will need to meet the person specification in order to be offered this post.
