We are currently recruiting support workers with a passion for delivering exceptional personalised care and support to our customers in the Langney, Seaside, Old Towm and central areas of Eastbourne

From day one you’ll receive full in-house induction, followed by shadowing our experienced Support Workers, successful candidates will then be assigned to clients within their nearest catchment area.

Your role will be to encouraging independence, developing life skills, talking, listening and motivating. (Rehabilitation and enablement).
