Our client, a leading housing association, are currently recruiting for a number of Community Empowerment Officers who will work across the West of England, but are likely to have responsibility for either North Somerset, BANES or Bristol. Working within our clients’ communities you will engage with their residents, ensuring they receive an integrated service and listen to their suggestions for improvements and ensure these are heard.

The ideal candidate will have experience of community work in either a paid or voluntary capacity or the relevant transferable skills. You will be committed to delivering a first class customer experience and be able to quickly rapport with a wide range of people. Excellent communication skills are essential as is a methodical and organised approach to work. Excellent IT skills are essential for this post, including being fully competent in Microsoft Office applications.

This role is field based and therefore a clean driving licence is essential.
