Commercial Bid Manager – Repairs & Maintenance
Milton Keynes
£55,000 + Benefits + Bonus

My client is a leading name in reactive maintenance working in partnership or on a measured term contract basis with many of the UK’s social landlords. They have developed a strong reputation for delivery and value whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.
As the Commercial Bid Manager you will be required to manage the commercial bid process and complete all pricing requirements of R&M, M&E and Integrated Works bid opportunities, to ensure our pricing is commercial competitive, completed to target deadlines and in accordance with Company policy.
Manage and complete the Commercial Bid Process:
Ensure all bid submissions comply with the Commercial policies, procedures, workflow etc
Ensure the completion of bid’s within target deadlines
Manage and complete Commercial Bid Review (CBR):
Review all ITT and Contract documentation
Extract all commercial information
Identify all risks and proposed mitigationIdentify any potential opportunities/pricing angles/win strategies
Manage legal contract review process for: all contractual documents, TUPE, Pensions, Insurances, Bond & PCG
Manage and complete the pricing for all R&M, M&E and Integrated Works bid opportunities
Identify and raise clarification for further information (surrounding contract/commercial ambiguity)
Create, develop, update and complete commercial models for the pricing of bid opportunities
Work with regional Operations, Finance and IT to establish base costs of Service deliver
Collate and analyse existing contract information to identify
Demand trends
Cost and value trends
Productivity analysis
Manage and complete all final bid price submission documentation
Manage, interrogate and sign off tender pricing prior to Director/ Board Sign Off
Work with line manager to continuously improve the Commercial Bid Process
Salary & Benefits
