Salary: £27,600 per year
We are seeking a Recruitment & HR Administrator on behalf of a growing Leicester based company.
The Recruitment & HR Administrator will:
- Proactively target and attract new talent for the business by building a network of sector and job related talent across the UK, working to gain an understanding for the structures, people and team set up within the sectors in which they work and their competitors.
- Actively promote the company, their ways of working and the benefits of working for them to prospective employees within the sectors in which they work to build a talent network for upcoming job opportunities.
- Take responsibility for the on-boarding and induction of new team members ensuring a positive experience for new starters, checking in on them regularly during their first year to ensure they are happy, enjoying their job and working for the company.
- Producing all offer letters, maintaining and updating training records, completing required employee pre-start and ongoing checks as well as being the main point of contact for their outsourced HR support company.
- Take responsibility for Apprentices across the entire group of companies in the UK, actively engaging with related companies to ensure a steady and correctly skilled set of Apprentices are available, engaging with them during the initial recruitment process and throughout their apprenticeship period.
The Recruitment & HR Administrator will have:

On offer is:
- A basic salary of between £27,600and £30,000 dependent on experience level.
- Four weeks paid holiday plus all bank holidays plus pension scheme.
To be considered for the Recruitment & HR Administrator you will need to:
- Be an experienced talent attracting and pro-active recruiter.
- Be experienced at using LinkedIn etc., as a candidate attraction and recruiting tool.
- Be confident in making contact and speaking to potential employees with the ability to sell the benefits of the company to them.
- Possess strong admin and attention to details skills.
- Have some level of HR experience.
The Hiring Company offers a fire detection, life safety, security system, electrical testing and compliance service to a wide range of clients across the UK that include Schools, Leisure Centres, Business Parks, Manufacturers, Distribution Companies, Country Estates, Housing Estates etc., so are very much involved in a niche, needed and growing sector and will need to expand their teams across all sites as they continue to grow their business.
