Trainee Recruitment Consultant

THE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE
Using your sales, persuasion and networking skills you’ll contact potential clients across London then find the best candidates to meet their needs. You will manage the whole interview process, relaying feedback, selling candidates to clients and job opportunities to candidates. Then you’ll negotiate to close the best deal for all parties. Recruitment Consultants in our London offices place professionals in the IT, Oil & Gas and Pharmaceutical markets among others – often in very senior positions. So we’re looking for confident and natural communicators.

We reward success. There are rewards from day one and weekends away for everyone who hits targets. SThree commissions are uncapped and based on gross profit. And the percentage goes up the more gross profit you bring in. This is on top of a base Salary: £26,000(flexible depending on your experience). WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Graduate calibre -2:1 Bachelor degree or above is preferable although not essential
Target driven, commission based sales or telesales experience is an advantage
Strong communication skills, resilience, confidence, a solid work ethic and enthusiasm We will give you the best tools and opportunity to reach your goals. The rest is up to you!
