Service Delivery Manager (Recruitment & Selection)

Salary: £47,947 per year

Our client urgently requires an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their busy team in Armagh.

The Recruitment & Selection Service Delivery Specialist will work with the Head of Services to ensure the R&S service delivered across all Health and Social Care orgainsations meets the Business services Organisation strategic vision for shared services.

They will share responsibility for delivering a responsive and proactive service that will deliver real, measurable Recruitment & Selection efficiencies & performance improvement to Health and Social Care organisations.

You will manage and lead teams dedicated to the delivery of a high quality Recruitment & Selection service across the HSC and will take the lead responsibility for different areas on a rotational basis.

Essential Criteria

• A university degree or recognised professional qualification in the area of Human Resource Management and have a minimum of 3 years recent experience in a HR role.
• At least 2 years experience at a managerial level in fast paced HR environment
• Experience of delivering services within a customer driven environment to meet requirements and expectations of customers/clients
• Experience of leading and managing a team withing a target driven environment
• Strong knowledge of ICT with an emphasis on the use of MS Excel
• Hold a current full driving licence with access to vehicle to carry out all duties of the role
• Must have excellent organisational and planning skills
• An excellent communicator both verbal and written
